Who handles your information
UZI VISUAL EXPERIENCES is Uzi’s studio. For privacy requests, use the project inquiry form and mention “Privacy” in your message. If the form is unavailable, contact Uzi through the Instagram link in the footer. Providing information is optional, but we need a name, email and brief description to respond through the form. Please do not include sensitive information.
What we collect and why
Project inquiries include your name, email, project details and any optional phone number you provide. They are used to consider and respond to your request. Optional confirmation messages require a separate choice. Letter subscriptions store your name, email, language, optional interests, consent time and source. The opening letter is available without subscribing; email delivery requires an active email service. Journal comments store a display name and comment text, with no email field. Comments stay private while pending and appear beside the article only after approval. Please do not include contact details; you can request removal through the project inquiry form.
Site measurement
Only after you allow it, we measure page views, work selections, device category, active engagement time and performance. Only recognised referral channels and predefined campaign labels are stored, not full referring URLs or arbitrary parameters. A random visit identifier exists in the browser tab’s memory and does not connect separate visits. We do not use this data for advertising profiles, record your screen or save form keystrokes before submission.
Cookies, storage and providers
The site does not set advertising tracking cookies. The current letter signup does not set a cookie. Display and privacy preferences may be stored locally on your device. The hosting provider may separately process technical connection data, including IP addresses, to operate and secure the service. When email delivery is enabled, the email provider receives the address and message content needed for delivery. Optional WhatsApp confirmation uses that service. External social links operate under their own policies.
Retention and removal
Measurement events older than 90 days are deleted when new events are written. Inquiries are retained for customer contact and handling; newsletter details remain until removal. You can unsubscribe immediately after signup, use the unsubscribe link in a delivered letter, or contact the studio. Removing a subscription does not automatically delete a separate project inquiry. Requests to access, correct or delete personal information may require verification that the information is yours.
