Copying, republication, sale, campaign use or use for system training requires appropriate permission, subject to uses permitted by law. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not imply a commission, partnership or sponsorship unless expressly stated.
Journal and letters
The articles and letters share creative viewpoints and general ideas. They are not promises of business results. Any external material is subject to its owners’ terms.
Inquiries and engagements
Submitting an inquiry is not a binding order or a commitment to accept a project. Scope, usage rights, schedule and payment are agreed separately in a proposal and agreement. Published prices are starting prices. Final edited deliverables are included as agreed; raw files and editable project files are not included. One consolidated revision is included unless otherwise agreed, and additional work is priced before execution. The site does not currently offer online checkout.
